Announcements
January 1, 2012 – Unfortunately, due to the burden caused by the recent requirements set forth by NYS Worker's Compensation Board we will no longer be able to participate in the worker's compensation claims program.
February 11, 2011 – Niagara Family Medicine Associates has been recognized by the National Committee for Quality Assurance as a Patient-Centered Medical Home, which is defined as "clinician practices functioning as medical homes by using systematic, patient-centered and coordinated care management processes".
